Service Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability
• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window
• Customers should ensure access to the appliance requiring service
• An adult (18+) must be present during the service visit

Independent Service Provider

Arcadia Appliance Pros is an independent service company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, or any appliance manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Service Process

• All services are discussed and agreed upon before work begins
• Repair details are provided before work commences
• We maintain clear communication throughout the service
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash

Parts and Warranty

We use manufacturer-specification parts and components to ensure optimal appliance performance.

Our repairs are backed by our own service warranty. Manufacturer warranties may vary.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Timely communication helps us serve all our customers effectively.

Limitation of Liability

Arcadia Appliance Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
